Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the look, but 24" size hard to roll when full I got the carry on size first and loved it. No issues there at all. Then I bought the 24" size. Love the look. Sturdy, rolled well in the store. However, when I fill it to 40 pounds it becomes extremely hard to roll, rolling all directions other than the one you want, and really requiring some oomph to move it. Pulling it behind on two wheels is what I resort to in most cases. My friend has a different Samsonite model that has two wheels on each of the four wheeled sections and it rolls like a dream compared to this one. Too late to return this or I would. Going to purchase another model that has two wheels per set instead of one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 7 months, 8 trips, and going strong I bought both the 20 and 24 inch models. I've used both on airline trips. The 24 has survived 5 checked bag (with transfer) trips without a scratch. Items inside remain intact and protected with the hard side. The 24 inch has a tsa-compatable lock, which I always use. The 20 inch has been used as a carry on, and also gate checked multiple times. Not that this smaller model does NOT have a lock It fits easily into the overhead compartment. For the value and price point, this is an excellent set of luggage. I have the deep purple color, which is very easy to spot in Baggage Claim.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent carry on In times when flying requires a small bag to avoid fees this hard shelled carry on is great. We bought our first 2 years ago and just added a second to our travel collection. Has a great zippered compartment inside and expands for when you have slightly more stuff. FYI it might not meet dimension standards when expanded. Always fits in the overhead. Best part is that it’s super light and wheels are durable! This bag is exclusive to Kohl’s but I can’t tell a different between my store bought Samsonite and this one. Great product and same warranty! Buy it!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke on our the first trip I bought this large suitcase to consolidate our other smaller luggages into one. I was looking for something lightweight and space efficient. I got this suitcase on a huge discount around mid-December. I was surprised how light it was and it seemed sturdy. But... the plastic shell is thin which lends itself to being super light. It made it through the first leg of our round trip flight, but not on the return flight. It didn't even exceed 50 lbs per checked bag policies. The crack was was so big that the wheel caved inward that it corner dragged on the floor. Despite this suitcase by Samsonite looking really nice and spacious, I would get a more thicker and sturdier suitcase after this experience
