Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to use I could not for the life of me figure out how to remove the lid from this chopper. There are 2 parts to the lid. The black plastic lid came off fairly easily, but the clear plastic lid did not. I spent over an hour trying to figure it out. I didn’t want to pry it too much because I was afraid it would break. I even watched their videos to see if they showed how to remove it, but there was always someone’s arm in front of the lid, so you couldn’t see how they removed it (possibly on purpose)! I also contacted Kitchen Aid’s customer Service Dept and never received a response back. Do NOT buy this product, you will disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kitchenaid Mini Food Processor I ordered this because I have the larger KitchenAid food processor and thought it to be of good quality, However, I was disappointed that the actual cup is made of lighter weight plastic. When I used for the first time, I noticed a piece of plastic on my counter and realized it was a piece from the bottom lip of cup. I called and was told by Marshall, I needed to return to the store for refund. I actually wanted them to send me a new one but in order to do this he informed me, he would have to refund and then I would need to repurchase once refund cleared. Way to much hassle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mini but mighty powerful I have wanted this food processor for 2 yrs. and am so glad I finally got it! This is a work horse despite its size. Makes cooking a breeze. I can't believe I waited so long. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT DISHWASHER SAFE! I bought the 3.5 Cup Mini Food Processor about a month ago, and sometimes I clean it by hand, and at other times I put it in the dishwasher if I don't have the time. Just after a month, I put it in the dishwasher as usual and I found that the cup was bent inwards. I tried to put the lid on top of it, and it doesn't close at all. I have blenders from KitchenAid and Ninja that have survived in the dishwasher for years, but this is just disappointing. It does not live up to the dishwasher safety requirements.
