Not the one you want
I was given the run-around by their support department on an item that was less than 2-days old.
Doesn't make sense.
Just choose a different manufacturer. These guys don't want returns, just your money, then they are done with you.
They offered do 'look' at it, but I had to foot the bill for a product that was TWO DAYS OLD.
NAh thanks. I'm not saying that you could just buy the same one & put that one in the box, but ugh, you could literally do that. That would be illegal, which is why I'm saying that you can't do that. I would not buy this product again, 0/10.

My favorite of the three diffusers that I own
The diffuser is my favorite of the three I currently own, which includes the Stadler Form Jasmine. The diffuser is small, easy to clean, and produces a very fine mist. It's quiet, no rotating colored lights, just classy and understated. I have no trouble with it scenting my large family room or my entire home depending on the strength of the oil. Remember to get the most of any diffuser you must use a quality oil.

Diffuser stopped working
When I first starting using the diffuser, it was for my bedroom. Even then I had a hard time telling if it was working. The scent was very faint if noticeable at all (no matter how much oil I used). The product was easy to clean and care for, but stopped working after a couple weeks. I have opened a case with the company to have the item replaced.

Like the size and color
Expected it to be much bigger but it runs for a long, long time even tho it is small. Very satisfied with it. Will run all night which is what I wanted it for and even longer. I got the brown one and it blends into the setting of the room, too, which I like.
