Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wheels are cheap and rubber falls off I bought the American Tourister Burst Spinner Luggage from Kohl's right before my trip to Italy. Within one hour of pulling the suitcase on the streets of Italy (often cobblestone), I noticed the rubber coming off the cheap plastic, rubber-coated wheels! By the time the 10 day trip was over, I was literally dragging the suitcase behind me (it felt like I was pulling a 100 lb weight!). I called American Tourister as soon as I returned from my trip. Although they offered me a repair, they couldn't guarantee the wheels would be of any better quality. I returned my bag to Kohl's for a full refund. I do not recommend this bag. Always check the wheel quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful packing I bought 2 of these suitcases. One for myself and one for our daughter. The only con to this luggage is it does not meet criteria for carryon to fly. It is too large. We also got the 25" cases. I used both of mine last weekend for a 4 day trip for my husband and I. I was able to use just the 2 cases and had plenty of room for packing. The compartments both inside and outside of the case allow for very organized packing and they roll extremely well making long walks quite comfortable. I have not tested them flying and the material may be a little thin to withstand rough handling but I have no proof of that. So pleased with these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice bag but don't plan to carry on the 21 inch 21 inch bag did not fit in the Jet Blue luggage requirements. Bought this bag specifically because it had a tag that said "carry on." When in line for security, my husband and four kids went through but Jet blue pulled me out and had me check to see if it fit in the baggage measurement tool they have. It did not fit lengthwise by a smidge. Needed to hammer it in and scraped the edges but it still stuck out. Also needed to be emptied to fit width wise despite having nothing in the front pocket and not using the extension zipper. Overall just misses the requirement. With serious hammering and a lot of effort you may be able to squeak through but not without damaging the bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holds a LOT! I love this suitcase! It holds so much more than my previous American Tourister carry-on, which only had 2 wheels. It's so much easier to maneuver in the airport - I can carry my large travel tote on top of it without it falling off, as it had on my prior suitcase. My only complaint is that I think the material could be a bit thicker. The first time I used it, I checked it and the airline ripped the back side of it - they obviously tossed it around quite a bit. I was able to get reimbursement to replace it, and I got this exact same piece.
