Rated 5 out of 5 by from Skeptical - Perfect for C-Section Recovery I saw this being advertised on an infomercial on TV so I was extremely skeptical about it, but it seemed easy enough. I had a baby in November and have been looking for a way to work on my core since the C-section kinda destroyed it. I use this pretty much every day. I started with just 5 crunches and have been adding 5 every week. I'm up to 30 now plus some arm exercises. I have lost inches on my stomach and my entire baby pooch is gone. It's easy and rewarding. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to start with very low-impact, but this will be good for athletes of any level I believe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Surprise I have a bad back and can not do sit-ups without discomfort. I was unsure if this product would help or hurt. I am happy to say that I can do 50 sit-ups and have very little discomfort. I hope to build up to many more. The only flaw for a wider hipped individual is the placement of the bolts. It sure would help if the head of the bolt was inside the seated area. No other complaints for a machine I have had a week and am enjoying using.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best ever My family and I tried this as soon as we got it. Everyone including me thought it was way to easy, a lot easier than regular sit ups. I was worried it wouldn't work. Boy was I wrong. I first put the resistance hard so I could feel it but even then it seemed easier than regular. Then I watched the video and decided to put the resistance to the easiest to get the type of results described in video. Amazing after using it and only doing 50 sit ups, not even all at once I was so sore the next day I couldn't cough. I've had it for a week now still on easy and love it. You have to try using it in different ways. Different positions of hands and feet. I do different ones each time. I only use the it for sit ups and triceps. Which works great too. Doesn't hurt neck. Buy this!!!!
