Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best grinder ever! After owning 2 cuisinarts grinders and a Bodum which I promptly returned, I have finally found a great grinder. Leave it to OXO to do it right. Well worth the price. No more powdery residue that the cusinart one always produced. Say farewell to bitter coffee. Much quieter than other burr grinders too. I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does an excellent job My last coffee grinder made such a mess that i considered not getting another one at all. This grinder mentioned in its specs that it had anti-static properties. It really does. It does not make a mess on the counter, the coffee comes out of the cup completely not leaving a mess. The grinding properties are wonderful. It grinds just as you tell it to! Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Coffee Grinder I love being able to select the amount of beans to grind per size pot of coffee that will be brewed. The grind size and scale is so accurate - it takes the guess work out of how much coffee to use. The information on grind size per the bitterness of coffee in the instruction book helped me a lot to make sure every pot of coffee I make is perfect to taste. It has an automatic shut off if the beans get stuck and do not drop to the grinder area. I really like the way it looks on the counter too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recomend This grinder is excellent quality. It is a huge step up from the burr grinders available on the market at a lower price point, and worlds better than a blade grinder. I use it daily along with a Ninja Coffee Bar, which is essentially an automated pour over machine. The Oxo On Grinder makes grinding and measurement fast, and one simple step. It is also relatively quite, and looks nice on the counter. You will probably see some reviews that mention that it is large, or that the scale isn't dead on accurate. Regarding size, it is definitely tall, however it's overall footprint on the counter-top is relatively compact. If you have a nice coffee brewer such as the Ninja or Oxo Brain, it will look very nice sitting next to it. regarding the accuracy of the scale, I have found that it can vary by about 1 gram one way or the other, when compared to weighing on a high quality kitchen scale. This is due to the grinder measuring weight while also actively adding grounds to the container. From a design standpoint, it is going to be very difficult to do any better than this. It may be a slight issue for single cup espresso, however for drip, pour over, or French press, this is plenty of accuracy to not impact the outcome of the finished coffee. All in all, if you like good quality, and have taken the time/expense to acquire a good brewer, and spend the money on good beans, this is a very worthwhile investment.
