Are they kidding?
The 50 year old transistor radio tuner is absolute insanity on a 2018 radio. my 15 yr old Sony radio had a digital tuner. You need 3 hands to change the station, 1 to hold a magnifying glass, 1 to hold a flashlight, 1 to turn the tiny knurled wheel. The station you are listening to, does not correspond to the station indicated on the tuner(example- I listen to am890, but the tuner indicates am1100) The clock was always 2 minutes fast, but in 5 weeks the hours started readjusting themselves, keeping the incorrect time, no matter how many times it was corrected, then adjustments simply stopped working. I am a lifelong Sony customer, many times selecting products simply by brand name alone, The build quality on this radio is very alarming, and has forced me to reevaluate my trust in Sony quality, something that is very important to me.

Sony Alarm Clock
I love this clock. This is the second Sony alarm that I have owned. I'm a light sleeper and I hate alarm clocks that blast me out of bed. The alarm on this clock gradually increases in sound as it goes off and it has a snooze button that goes off in 10 minute increments. It also has a radio that you can set the alarm for. One of the qualities I love about this clock is that I don't have to worry about setting it when Daylight Savings Time changes. It does it automatically. It also keeps the time during power outages so I don't have to reset it. You can also adjust the brightness level. The price is great especially if you have Kohl's points. I'm very happy with this clock.

Nice clock
My old clock went bonkers after 20 years so I choose this as a replacement. It is easy to read and compact. I had to set the time once so it would cycle to my time zone but it automatically reset after a power outage. The radio and alarm work perfectly.

won't keep accurate time and can't adjust the minutes - was able to adjust the minutes twice but finally gave up on the clock - very annoying when the clock is 20 - 30 minutes fast and you can't adjust it :(
