So very disappointed
I received the first "red flag" when the 9'x12' rug came in a 2' x 1' box. I opened it up and laid it on the floor. Nothing but Creases from where it was folded. Tried to stretch, vacuum to try to smooth out creases. waited 2 days. Still creases. The quality was slightly thicker than a blanket for the bed. So disappointed. I am not one to take things back. I usually make them work. But I could NOT make this work. I folded it back up and put it back in the box and took it back to the store. This maybe could have been ok if it came rolled - but the quality is so flimsy, I don't think they could roll it. This product needs to be pulled from production. Sorry for the bad review - but this was bad.

This rug is very nice
I had a little trouble in the beginning with getting the right color but after the second return the rug came in. Everyone is happy with the color, texture, style and size of the rug. The very day we put it in place one of the women spilled something on it. We blotted the area with a little water and dry paper towels. No stain!! No one else knows that anything ever happened.

Okay for what I need it for...
I needed a black rug to go in my bedroom under my bed.
The rug is thin but very hardy.
