Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost the perfect shoe!! I wore these shoes for a full year. Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn in my 30+ years of farming, ranching and in an industrial mechanical setting on concrete, grating and everything else. I am very hard on shoes and very few hold up. These did with great comfort. The only thing that could be better is that there would be a water-proof and insulated version. Until then, I am forced to buy a competitors shoe for the wet and cold season. But if they ever make the waterproof/insulated version, I will be done shopping because I have tried a lot of competitors and they are uncomfortable as heck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best, most comfortable boot on the market Let me start by saying that I have a biased dislike of the State of Georgia after many years there growing up, but even that can't keep me from recognizing the quality and comfort of these boots. I currently do road construction in Alaska, all summer nearly 12 hours a day 7 days a week. I have tried to find another boot, and I truly cannot find another brand that comes close. The leather stands up to severe abuse, either by select materials like D1, or mud, hot asphalt and riprap of all sizes. The boot even holds up to iron work. What initially brought me to this boot was I needed a flat sole for climbing iron, and what sold me then was the fact that the steel toe doesn't rub the top of my foot, I don't even notice it. Now, I only buy Georgia boot, I've given up trying to find a better brand, I have already found the best. -Andy Fairbanks, Alaska

Rated 5 out of 5 by from something different I've been wearing Georgia boots 30 plus years (loggers and then past 10 years wedges).I couldn't find my size at local store so ordered on line . thought maybe less expensive but to my surprise same price. Not complaining these are worth cost just thought with out middle man they'd be a little less. Here was the issue all the wedges I've broke in have have been comfortable from day one! love the boot, but this pair not so. I don't know if Georgia changed something in the stitching right wear the bottom of the tongue sewed in, but the top of my feet took a full week.Might let QC guys know.FYI
