Display is GREEN, not red
This little clock would be perfect if the display was red as shown, but it is green, which produces that annoying LCD aura that lights up my otherwise very dark room at night, even with the lowest brightness setting AND one of those removable Dim It sheets over the display. That said, I love the following features so much that I am trying to live with the green display aura: the alarm that gradually gets louder (no jolting beeps), the wonderful nap timer, and the two USB ports (one is 2.1 amps, enough for my iPad.). The one other design feature that may bother some people is that the USB ports are on the front, making access easy but if you leave your cables in all the time it makes the nightstand look messy.

Excellent dimmer
I was looking for an alarm clock with a digital display that did not light up the room after lights were out at night and this works great. Red digital reads are easy to read and, at night, you can dim the display so that you can sleep. Since this was my main concern, this clock works great.

There is no way to turn off the alarm!!!!
I thought this looked like a wonderful product as I desperately need an alarm clock with battery back up. However, as I do not work every single day, I do not need an alarm every single day. There is no way to turn off the alarm for the days you don't work unless you let it go off (in my case at 5 a.m. and then hit a disarm button). This entire thing does not make sense to me and should not be so difficult. As an RN who works very long shifts, I need to sleep. I do not need to be woken up every single day at 5 a.m. So, have had to dismantle it on my days off. I will be calling the hotline again tomorrow to try and figure something out. Very disappointing as I have always had amazing products by this brand.

Great basic alarm clock with good features.
I've only had this alarm clock for about two weeks and so far it works great. Great basic alarm clock without all of the unnessary features. Small and compact and has two USB ports for charging cell phone and tablets. This feature enables you to charge devices without using additional outlets.
