Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love It! Overall, we are very happy with the stovetop percolator. We prefer it over the electric percolator which we were replacing once per year because the heating element would burn out religiously on month 13. The stovetop percolator solved this issue, and we've had our Yosemite Percolator now for over 5 Years. It goes with us on our camping trips too (used on a campstove - NOT the campfire!). If I could suggest two improvements, they would be to inscribe the water-fill marks larger and more prominent. The way they are now is very very difficult to see. And while it's not to big a deal, I'm reminded every morning of this as I struggle to fill it to the desired level. Secondly, make the percolator knob out of glass. I'd pay an extra $3 for this, since I'm paying for it now to replace the old one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from no bells and whistles, just great coffee! Love this non-electric, non-digital, non-programmable, non-LED little coffee percolator! Have used it for 5 years. Perfect pot of coffee every morning. Hubby brews about 48 ozs each morning, but he could make more. Coffee is very hot; no grounds in bottom of my mug, even when we use those designer fresh ground beans. When pot was new I did replace the plastic knob with a glass one. The plastic knob discolors from the coffee after awhile. The glass knobs are readily available online, and they are very inexpensive. Bonus....I think the vintage style of this coffee pot is so cute that I leave it on my stovetop permanently. Has brought many comments from visitors asking where I found it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice size Coffee pot is your standard old fashion coffee pot, but it makes up to 8 cups of coffee which is what I was looking for. We're going to use it in our camper when we dry camp. Very nice looking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great backup. Good coffee I bought this perculator as a non electric backup. Last year we were without power for several weeks on the east coast, however I have a propane gas range in my kitchen, so still able to cook. I wish I had this coffee pot then. Turns out I like the coffee better than my usual drip maker! Brews hot and flavorful. Farberware makes a good product. This is a little pricey for what it is, but im going to keep it as backup in case of another winter storm. It comes in handy if you are a camper & have a camping stove on hand. We got to have our hot coffee dont we? :)
