Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great gift I love Melissa and Doug products. They are very educational and fun. My only complaint about this product is that the garages, I believe, are made of cardboard. I haven't taken it out of the package yet because it is a gift for my son's birthday but it looks like cardboard. The only thing stated in the description is wooden, speaking of the cars. Maybe I just assumed the garages were wooden as well, so upon receiving the toy that was a little dissapointing. Hopefully they stand up to the play from a 2 year old, that's my only concern.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cars fit wooden tracks too My 26 months old son loves it! At this age there is lots of sorting and arranging going on. It can be played multiple ways and the cars even fit his wooden train track perfectly. Before sleep he always puts each car in their garages and says good night to them. So sweet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile stacking garages and cars are awesome. All 3 children ages 2.5 to 6.5 love the nesting cars and garages. Girls spread out a village. The boy goes demolition while learning to recognize numbers 1-7. Excellent. They're happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great therapy toy I am a speech pathologist and use this set when discussing/working on prepositions. We can build a city ir a tower then ask the child to place certain cars on/in/next to/under/between etc certain houses. In addition, you can use it as an ice breaker because kids love cars and these are durable and the colors are eye catching and fun! Bonus- if you line the boxes up by size then drive the cars over the tops of all the boxes, it plays sort of a musical scale which my clients with autism particularly enjoy.
