Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not liking the changes made I have been wearing 501 Shrink to Fit sense i was 5 years old i am now 58 years old. I just bought a couple of pair and i noticed they were much thinner and no more double stitching on the inseam and the hem on bottom legs were much shorter. The fit is also not the same as they have been in the past. I think it is because levi has decided to sacrifice quality over profit margins and corporate greed .It is too bad to see such an icon go down this path. If I can get the old quality i would gladly pay for it. PS is there still some old style 501 shrink to fit, if so i would like to buy them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Skinnier I haven't worn this style since 2000, when I started wearing Dickies for the cargo pockets, but I missed them, so I got some again. It seems the material is better now than it used to be, but they've gone a little into the "skinny jeans" style. It doesn't bother me too much, because I can still fit in them, but it's a little weird to have the waist a little wider and the legs a little smaller than I was used to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product fits well and is long lasting I have worn this same product since grade school. I have worn this size since high school. am now 81 yrs old and still love the fit. have been a general contractor for over 40 years and have worn this same type of genes all the time. s there anything else I have worn this same brand since grade school. I have been wearing the same size since high school. I am now 81 and am still wearing the same size and style. They are rugged to work in and they wash and fit perfectly after every wash! The shrink to fit weem to be harder to purchase the older I get.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I,ve had enough I'm 58 years old. I've worn Levi's my whole life. Usually get 4 pair about every 2 years. Always compare new ones to last batch. This time the quality took a big dive. Too many things to list but main ones are single stitch on inside seam, short hem at bottom, thin material, poor quality stitching, buttons let fly "pooch", shrunk beyond belief. I lived around Roswell, NM when they moved the Levi's plant out of U.S. Worst mistake ever. Over the years the quality has continually gotten worse to the point now I am going to another brand. I've had a couple of pair of Key Brand jeans and because of this batch (of Levi's) I bought another pair (of KEY Jeans). Ten times the quality for half the price and fit like the old Levi's used to. I hear nothing but good about the USA made Levi's but refuse to pay that exorborant amount. I'M DONE WITH LEVI'S.
