Volume is too loud even on lowest setting
I like everything about this unit Except I cannot get the volume low enough. I have the setting on 1 and it's still very loud. I want something I can play softly. It's crazy to have such loud volume at the lowest setting. I actually won't be able to use this because it's too loud for me.

poor design
The unit will not work when new Duracell batteries are installed. This unit is poorly designed in other ways:
If you use AC (in our case, you have to), all settings are lost when you unplug it, and when you put it in again the volume is obnoxiously loud. Haven't you guys heard of small internal batteries that save settings? So the only way to save settings is by using expensive batteries, and I doubt they'll last very long. BUT...the instructions warn that using batteries with the unit plugged into AC will cause damage. Hard to believe something made in 2018 could have these design flaws.

reliable and handy
I like it it is perfect for my office. Some radio stations do not come in clear however, we do not have any windows in my office so that could be the problem.

A fun little unit
The speakers are small and are not the greatest. The FM radio receiver is outstanding, and although it uses the power cord for its antenna, it really picks up FM stereo well, including distant or weak stations. It takes a while to get used to the controls, but after you get used to them they seem to work well. The audio itself is quite good, so if you use headphones or the Blue Tooth, you will be very happy. This is a fun little unit and I am pleased to have it.
