Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delivered Damaged I can't say much. I ordered TWO of these air hockey tables as Christmas presents to my nephews and niece. They were separate orders made on different days and were delivered to two separate addresses. BOTH were delivered busted. The corners were cracked and the support pieces were broken. What a disapointment for Christmas and a huge inconvenience. They are in bulky boxes and not something easy to just bring back to Kohls as a return. Just waiting now for UPS to pick them up and credit me back. Still owe the kids something now!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rough start but worth it in the end I ordered this as a gift for my 8 year old nephew. When I received it, I realized it is a full size table (I was hoping it might fold in half for storage). Kohl's did a free pick up and I reordered it and had it re shipped directly to my nephew. I had a little trouble getting it for the same price as the first time I ordered only because the product recently became excluded from promo codes but I went to Kohl's corporate and they took care of the difference. When it arrived my sister in law told me that a piece on the table was broken. I was nervous about this happening when I read the previous review so was not surprised when it did. I really wanted my nephew to have this as he really wanted one for Christmas and I did not want to go through the hassle of doing a return with Kohl's and reordering another possibly damaged product so I called the manufacturer directly. They were excellent and sent out a brand new table top and requested for extra padding to reduce the likelihood of damage during shipment. I am waiting on confirmation that the new table top is OK but very happy with how the manufacturer handled the issue and that it was an easy cost free fix. 4 stars because of the hassle - manufacturer needs to ALWAYS use extra padding, but damage typically occurs during shipment, not by the manufacturer or third party seller (Kohl's).
