Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Vinegar No smell at all! Easy, quick, works better than vinegar and without the smell. One bottle is three uses, so, worth the price IMO.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keurig Descaling I did this to my machine and the next 6 pods were so bitter and nasty. I called customer service and got the most snotty lady who was pushy and rude. Hung up on her because I didn't need a lecture on my phone number that was on my account and play 50 questions. I have students to help and have things to do (like work) other than answer her 50 questions. Did she really need the numbers off the machine (machine is in a different building). I just wanted her to tell me how to fix this nasty tasting coffee and I will be happy. Can't afford to keep wasting coffee pods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Customer Service I inherited a Keurig B-60 coffee make from my deceased mother. I am sure she never descaled it, and i know i didn't. I was skeptical to use the device at all, as i am a grind and brew coffee snob. After staring at it for a few weeks, I cleaned it out, set it up, and brewed a cup of Green Mountain Kenyan. It was as good as any cup i made by grinding and brewing, but in less time, less clean up and less energy. This week, the Keurig B-60 ceased to work. I called Keurig, and they asked if I descaled it, and I told them I hadn't. They walked me through the paper clip clean-out, and it still would not pass the requisite quantity of water. So, to solve my issue, they are sending me a brand new upgraded unit! This is beyond customer service. I will be a customer for life. And i will descale...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Descaling solution? I've finally discovered the descaling solution instruction and after reading reviews I am steering clear. I don't know why I can't use white vinegar it is safe and always worked great in descaling in the shower, dishwasher, coffee makers, etc. plus it costs about $2.00 per gallon. Research all the things you can use vinegar on I've seen it on many diy sites.
