Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keurig Descaling I did this to my machine and the next 6 pods were so bitter and nasty. I called customer service and got the most snotty lady who was pushy and rude. Hung up on her because I didn't need a lecture on my phone number that was on my account and play 50 questions. I have students to help and have things to do (like work) other than answer her 50 questions. Did she really need the numbers off the machine (machine is in a different building). I just wanted her to tell me how to fix this nasty tasting coffee and I will be happy. Can't afford to keep wasting coffee pods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Vinegar No smell at all! Easy, quick, works better than vinegar and without the smell. One bottle is three uses, so, worth the price IMO.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hmmm... We only used bottled water in our Keurig otherwise we'd be descaling every week! Still it seems to require it more often than I would expect. It is time consuming as I pour over 14 fills in the water reservoir after running the solution through it. Still I will continue to do it so our coffee maker does not go to that big coffee house in the sky too soon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clogged my machine up I followed all instructions to the letter. The coffee maker worked great until AFTER I used the descaling solution. Now it will not brew a full serving of coffee and I DID follow instructions on cleaning the needle. Didn't have a paper clip so I used a safety pin.
