Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keurig Descaling I did this to my machine and the next 6 pods were so bitter and nasty. I called customer service and got the most snotty lady who was pushy and rude. Hung up on her because I didn't need a lecture on my phone number that was on my account and play 50 questions. I have students to help and have things to do (like work) other than answer her 50 questions. Did she really need the numbers off the machine (machine is in a different building). I just wanted her to tell me how to fix this nasty tasting coffee and I will be happy. Can't afford to keep wasting coffee pods.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Racket! We have a one of your Keurig coffee makers and got the DREADED display message that it's time to descale the machine. We just did this cleaning! As the marketing person that I am, I can see this is an excellent racket to make bundles of money by telling people they need to spend more money on a bottle of liquid with your name on it rather than running a solution of vinegar through the system. Incidentally, we have another pod coffee maker that is not a Keurig and it never tells us we have to order an accessory and spend more money. Sure business is in business to make money but in these trying times, how about being considerate of customers' wallets?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Descaling solution smells like rotten eggs We love our Keurig coffee machine. But, we had to descale the machine and the Keurig HOT solution, while I was descaling, smelled like rotten eggs. We had to open the doors and spray the room to get rid of that horrible smell. What happened when I used this product? The reviews I had read ,so far, don't mention a horrible smell of the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nasty Expensive Stuff used according to label, BTW the label was easy to remove. Actually rinsed a little more than recommended, but not a lot. Coffee tasted nasty afterwards. Rinsed again, still nasty. Used white vinegar to take out the solution. Still nasty and now coffee tasted like vinegar also. Had to rinse at least 5-6 tanks of water (after using 2 tanks to rinse the vinegar) to finally get the bad taste out of the pot. Product is really expensive and a lot more work than the vinegar. not worth the price or the extra, extra, extra rinsing.
