I returned it as I hate when your bag crumples when you go to open it and you have to work too hard to find things or to get is closed securely. It has a drawstring that you can knot, but in order to then snap it, you have to really play with it to get the magnets to connect. I would worry that it was opened. There are no inside pockets and I felt like everything was lost inside - I need more organization in a bag. Also, the inside is black, so it's even ore difficult to find things. I did like the zipper opening that is on the back for quick access to your wallet or travel documents when travelling - just wasn't the the bag for me.
