Great transition pieces!
Got this set for our 3 1/2 year old whose hands aren't quite big enough for regular silverware, but is old enough to start using real silverware instead of the plastic stuff we've used for the last couple years. She only uses the 3 larger pieces, but absolutely loves them! She will request them specifically at each meal - "Mommy, can I have my heart fork/spoon?" Even the knife is great, as it lets her practice cutting/tearing her food into smaller pieces with her silverware instead of using her fingers or having to wait on us to help her. The knife has no blade, is dull, and rounded, and perfect for giving to a 3 year old with supervision. The smaller 3 pieces we're putting away to use with our newest little one who won't need them for a few years.

Beautiful!!!
This set is not only perfect for little hands but the quality and look and feel of these are absolutely beautiful and worth the price. I bought a set for my other grandchildren and had to get another for our little new addition. Little kiah will love his new set So do his parents along with the others I bought this set for!!!! Beautiful. So glad I was able to find it for him because most stores did not have them!!!
