I use to love my bullet
I got this for my wedding two years ago and started using it recently. I loved it!! It was a perfect way to get an easy breakfast. It started to make this awful noise when I would push down and come to find out it started eating the rubber on my blades. I am so bummed. Of course I didn't send my warranty in after I got it or I'd be covered.

I much prefer the Magic Bullet to the Nutri Bullet
The Magic Bullet fits my hand better. The Nutri Bullet cup is too large. Also, the MB cups have handles that help me get a good grip to attach it tightly to the base and then remove it.
My MB has lasted quite a while. Read the instructions, follow them and it's a GREAT smoothie blender. Easy 1 - 2 clean up, making it so easy to make the right, nutritious decision for your health. No dieting, just smart eating, include a smoothie and whip it up in a Magic Bullet -- I'm sure the Nutri Bullet is great too -- I have one in my cabinet, but it's for backup when I wipe out my MB, which I think I finally did today :-))).

Bad blade system design for sure...
I was happy with my purchase until I noticed the motor rotation system was eating up the bottom of both blades. I didn't get much use out of my product and it has been sitting in its box in my garage for over 5 years, now I want to give it away to a friend who has a baby and needs to make baby food, it is so new that I want to purchase the replacement blades so she gets some use out of it before it breaks again. This company sure knows their product and should be giving out the replacement parts for free. I GOT MYSELF A NINJA BULLET LAST YEAR. ITS GREAT AND THE BOTTOM OF THE BLADES IS STILL INTACT!

Cups should be made of glass not plastic
I'm going to give this product a 3 as it is good for single serving shakes, chopped of vegges, BUT the tabs that actually activate the the blade action break off and then the Bullet does not work. The cups should be made of glass not flimsy plastic where the tabs break off. If there was an option to just purchase certain cups at an economical price then maybe I would forgive the defect, but there are no affordable options other than buying a whole set of cups, many of which we don't even use.
