Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have experimented with this crockpot several times. There is no difference between the "high" setting and the "low" setting. Meals in my previous crockpot were done to perfection in 4-5 hours on high. With this crock pot the meal is not even close to being cooked with two consecutive 4 hour settings on high. I've tried both high and low settings for several hours and there is no difference. Wish I had not wasted my money on this 4 quart, Digital Slow Cooker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy it If you want to cook on low for 6 hrs, this crock pot won't let you do it. Any cooking time less than 8 hrs, must cook on high because this crock pot is programmed to only cook on low for 8 hrs or more. There's no adjustment that can be made so you are stuck with 4 or 6 hrs at high or 8 to 10 hrs at low. This is a nice looking unit but the functionality is awful. Plus the unit sits on a three- "legs" that cause the unit to be tipsy. I SO wish I still had my receipt and box as this thing would go back to Kohls immediately. Don't waste your money on this model. Crockpot makes good appliances but this isn't one of them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed. I have an older version of Crock-Pot and another brand also. Both of those heat up faster than this Crock-Pot model. Also the power cord on this one is stiff, a problem I have experienced with other electrical products made in China. It is quite annoying! You can't make the cord lay where I want it because it has a mind of it's own.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not great features It's very difficult to use this slow cooker because of only 4 settings. Many recipes call for 4 hours high and 4 hours low. I cannot find how to do 2 different settings for one session without being there to watch, which defeats the purpose of this appliance. My old unit gave me the choice of 30 minute increments and would switch from high to low as programmed, then kept food warm until supper. I noticed in all the responses, people were asked to call the service department. That doesn't seem to address the problem of the one temperature system.
