Rated 3 out of 5 by from It does what it was meant to do. I grew up with the hand crank pasta machines. I prefer them over the fancy ones any day. It is a great family project and kids love turning the crank which gives them a sense of pride that they got to help make the pasta. This particular brand and model does have its flaws. The handle will come out easily and probably the only thing I truly wished was better built. Otherwise, I add tape to make it snug. Also, the lock to latch the machine to the table requires a wad of paper to help secure the machine down. There are better models out there but they also cost more. I am satisfy that this does what I need it to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first pasta machine Was looking forward to receiving my first pasta machine. In past I would roll out my dough and cut by hand. This little unit is very nice. As soon as the machine arrived, I made my dough. User friendly, and easy to manipulate. The family loved the pasta! Clean up is a little tricky if your dough is too moist, so flour your unit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lack of good instructions Would have given it highest review but the instructions were lacking clarity. Easy enough to figure it out. Cleaning is a bit cumbersome. Suggest having wooden skewers to pick dough out and a 1 inch paint brush. Clamping system not so good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality At first look, the item looked normal and decent quality. So I went through my process of making the pasta dough and began rolling it through. The first issue I noticed was that one of the rollers was not attached fully to the side of the machine, which led to the dough constantly getting stuck inside and under the roller. If you are familiar with the use of pasta machines, you know that you can't "wash" the machine to get dough out. After getting stuck multiple times I was fed up. So I decided to use the attachments and make fettucine. Opened the box of attachments to find that the entire piece was full of RUST! Now, while this machine is on the lower end of pasta machines I would still at least expect a CLEAN and USEABLE product. Which I did not get. I am appalled at what I saw.
