Do I need to sign up for a Kohls.com shopping account to submit a product review?
Yes. We require all customers to create a Kohls.com shopping account to submit product reviews. In some instances, we may need to contact you about your review status, so it is important for us to have your contact information available.
Why is my nickname not accepted?
- Each customer will need to create a unique nickname in order to submit a review
- Your nickname will appear on all future reviews
- Please do not use your real name – we want to protect your privacy
- Be creative! Add numbers in between your name (i.e S1a2r3a4h)
- Your nickname must be 4-25 characters in length
Why was my product review rejected?
When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines:
- Focus on the product and your individual experience with the product
- Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product
