Kohl’s makes sending gifts directly to loved ones simple and easy with gift receipts and other gift options available.
Gift Receipt and Gift Message
Within your shopping bag, simply click “Gift these items” under the Gift Options section and a separate Gift Receipt will be included with your order. The Gift Receipt will not include prices, but allow the gift recipient to return or exchange the item(s) for a new size or color.
Once you have selected “Gift these items”, you will have the opportunity to create a FREE gift message for the gift recipient. The Gift Options page will give you the following options:
- Include one gift receipt and message for this order.
- Include multiple gift receipts and messages for this order. If you select this option, it will prompt you to select the items you want to be included with the gift receipts and messages.
Can I change my order to include a gift receipt?
Once your order is placed, you are not able to add a gift receipt. However, your gift recipient may use the packing slip as a receipt. Review our easy Return & Exchange Policy for information about your return/exchange options with or without a receipt.
Gift Wrap
For the health and safety of our customers and associates, Gift Wrap of items is not available on items purchased on Kohls.com.
Gift Cards
A great way to send your love is through giving a digital or physical gift card. A digital gift card should arrive to the recipient shortly after the purchase is confirmed. You can include a gift message to be delivered with either your physical gift card or included in an email when the digital gift card is delivered.
