What are the criteria for a price adjustment?
If you meet all of the following criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:
- You bought an item on sale or at the regular price at a Kohl’s store or on Kohls.com.
- The sale or regular price of the item is now lower than the sale or regular price you paid for that item in the prior two weeks.
- You have the original, dated sales receipt.
Which items are not eligible for price adjustments?
- Clearance markdowns.
- Kohl's Cares merchandise.
- Items purchased as part of a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) deal or item is currently part of a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion.
- Items and/or brands that are coupon ineligible.
Can I get a price adjustment on an in-store purchase?
Yes! Store purchases must be adjusted in-store.
Can I get a price adjustment on an online purchase?
Yes! Online purchases must be adjusted by contacting Kohl’s Customer Service.
Can I use a coupon from my original purchase?
Coupons applied to your original purchase must still be valid in order for them to apply to a future price adjustment.
Are there any times when price adjustments are not available?
Price adjustments are not available the week before, during and after Thanksgiving or Cyber Monday. Kohl’s may, from time to time, identify additional time periods where price adjustments are not available in its sole discretion.
