What is an e-Gift Card?
It's an electronic gift card! Kohl's e-Gift Cards arrive via email to the email address you specify during checkout. Your gift recipient can then use his/her e-Gift Card to buy anything available in our stores and on Kohls.com.
Can I use my e-Gift Card online and in store?
Yes! To use it online, select "Add a gift card" in checkout and enter the card number and the four-digit PIN.
To use it in store, print a copy of the e-Gift Card or show it on your mobile device and the associate will scan it from there.
When will my e-Gift Card arrive?
Your e-Gift Card will arrive quickly. In most cases, it will reach your gift recipient's email address almost instantly. If for any reason there is any delay with your order, we'll send you an email so you know the status of your gift. A small percentage of our e-Gift Cards require additional verification before they are sent to the recipient. If you purchase an e-Gift Card, please make sure to check your email in case we send a verification request. Once we have received this information, we can finalize your e-Gift Card and send it to the recipient.
How much value can I add to an e-Gift Card?
You can enter whatever value you want, up to $250.00. Think creatively! If you're giving a gift for a twenty-first birthday, enter $21.21! Whatever value you enter must be in dollars and cents.
