Any Kohl’s Cash® earned on Kohls.com will be emailed to you directly shortly after your order is placed. Please check your inbox for the Kohl’s Cash® certificate from us. Orders placed online using your Kohl’s Shopping Account will have the Kohl’s Cash® automatically added to your Wallet.
Kohl’s Cash earned on an in-store purchase will be added to your Wallet if the purchase was made using a Kohl’s Card. Also, if your purchase was made using your Kohl’s Rewards account linked with your Kohl’s Shopping Account, your Kohl’s Cash® will be automatically added to your Wallet.
Retrieve Kohl's Cash® Earned In-Store
If you have the original receipt from the purchase that earned the Kohl’s Cash®, we may be able to help find the certificate number for your Kohl’s Cash® and see if it has been used.
