If you have a gift card or KMC without a PIN and would like to use it online at Kohls.com, you may visit the Customer Service Desk at your nearest Kohl's Store and exchange your non-PIN card for a card with a PIN. (You can use either Gift Card — with or without a PIN — at your local Kohl's Store.)
