Yes, registry owners may close their registry from either Kohls.com or the Kohl’s App at any time.
Will others be able to access a closed registry?
No. Closing a registry will immediately prevent anyone from being able to access and shop the registry.
Will I still receive Baby Registry communications if I close a registry?
No. Registry owners will stop receiving all Kohl’s registry email communications.
What happens to my data when I close a registry?
Please refer to Kohl’s Privacy Policy for questions relating to the use and retention of your data.
If I close my registry, will I still have a Kohl’s Rewards account?
Yes, your Kohl’s Rewards account will remain active.
How do I close my registry?

Sign In to your Kohl’s Rewards account.

Go to your registry and click “Settings”, then select “Close Registry” from the panel.

Click the “Close Registry” button and then confirm your selection on the alert window. This action will close your registry.
How do I reopen a closed registry?
If a registry was closed by mistake or if you change your mind, you can reopen your registry by calling customer service at 855-564-5705. You will need to have an active Kohl’s Rewards account in order to reopen your registry.
What happens to my registry if I close my Kohl’s Rewards account?
If a Kohl’s Rewards account is closed and/or deleted then you will no longer be able to access your Baby Registry.
Can I opt out of marketing emails related to my registry?
Yes. Simply open a Kohl’s Baby Registry email and scroll to the bottom. Click or tap the “Unsubscribe” link and follow the instructions on the page you are taken to. It may take up to 10 business days to stop receiving Baby Registry communications.
