Who is eligible to request a mattress or box spring pick-up per the California Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act?
Customers who live in California and purchase a mattress from Kohl’s.
How do I request a mattress or box spring pick-up via Kohl’s?
Contact Kohl’s Customer Service at Mattress.Return@kohls.com. Supply your name, phone number, address, item(s) to be picked up specifying size of mattress if applicable, preferred pick-up date (at least 48 hours in advance) and 2-hour block of time. Requests will be reviewed Mondays through Fridays from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. CST. Please note that same day pick up is not available. A third party vendor will then facilitate pick-up. Kohl's expressly disclaims any and all liability and makes no representations or warranties with regard to such third-party services.
How many items are available to be picked up?
Customers may request pick-up for the same number of mattresses and / or box springs purchased from Kohl’s.
Are any mattresses or box springs excluded from eligibility?
Used mattresses or box springs that are contaminated and pose a risk to personnel, new products, or equipment are not eligible for pick up.
