In Fulfillment
Our fulfillment center is working hard to pick your items and fill your order. Your package will be sent out as soon as possible. Please see Delivery Methods to find out when you can expect your package(s) to arrive.
While your order is “In Fulfillment”, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
Partially Shipped
Part of your order has been shipped. The rest of your order will be shipped soon. We try hard to make sure all your items arrive as quickly as possible. Therefore, items may ship in multiple packages.
Shipped/Complete
Your order has been completely filled and shipped, and your credit card has been billed for all the items we've shipped to you.
We only charge you when the items are fulfilled and shipped. Any items that were not shipped or canceled from your order, you would not be charged for.
Canceled
Your order has been canceled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction. Your credit card statement may show a temporary hold for the full order amount.
