Periodically, it’s good to check and verify the information saved within your Kohl’s Shopping Account is accurate and up-to-date to ensure orders can be quickly placed and items arrive at the correct location.
Please follow the steps below to access your Kohls.com shopping account where you can change your information.
Desktop/Tablet
- Sign in to your Kohl’s Shopping Account.
- Click on the "Account Settings" link on the top left hand corner of the page.
Personal Information & Password:
- On the lefthand side you can update your first name, last name and/or email address.
- On the righthand side you can change your password. Enter the current password and the new password twice. You will then have to sign in again.
Address:
- Click "Address" tab from the options on the top.
- Shipping Address(es) and Billing Address will appear.
- To edit an address click the "Edit" button.
- Click on the field you would like to edit.
- Type in the new information and click on "Save".
- To remove an address simply click "Remove."
- To add a new shipping address click the black button on the top right that says "Add Shipping Address"
- Enter in the information and click "Save."
- You can pick your primary address. Click the "Make Primary" link next to the star on the address you choose.
Payment Methods:
- Click the "Payment Methods" tab from the options on the top.
- To update current payment information, click “Edit”
- Enter the correct information and click "Save"
- Click "Remove" to delete any payment information you no longer would like.
- To add a new payment method, click the black button on the top right that says "Add Payment Method."
- Enter the following:
- Card Number
- Name on Card
- Expiration Date
- Click "Save."
- You can pick your primary payment method. Click the "Make Primary" link next to the star on the method you choose.
Please note: Enter the information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect information may slow order processing.
Kohl's App/Mobile Site
- Tap the "My Kohl's" option from the bottom menu.
- Scroll down until you see "My Account".
- Tap "My Account" to bring up your profile information, addresses and payment methods.
- Click "Edit" on the field you would like to update.
- Update the information and click "Save."
