Whether you're not sure if your purchase qualifies or are just looking for the rebate form, all of our current rebate information can be found online here. Rebate forms can be viewed on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile device. They are not available on the Kohl's App.
Did you make your purchase in-store?
If so, you should have received the original receipt for your purchase, an additional receipt to send in with your rebate, and the rebate form itself. Need a copy of your receipt? Most stores can reprint your receipt, especially if you paid with a credit card and you know the date of purchase. Swing by the Customer Service counter at your local store. If you did not receive the appropriate rebate form, you can also obtain a copy at your local store or by visiting www.kohls.com/rebate.
Did you make your purchase online?
While you will receive your package with a packing slip which acts as a normal receipt, a rebate form will not be included in the box. Visit www.kohls.com/rebate to locate and print your rebate form.
In order to qualify for a rebate, the purchase must be made within the timeframe listed, which is in Central Standard Time.
What needs to be sent in to earn the rebate?
While there are two different kinds of rebates (Kohl's awarded and manufacturer awarded) most mail-in rebates require only three things...
- The original (or copy of the original) receipt or packing slip
- The proof of purchase such as a UPC barcode off of the box
- The clearly legible rebate form filled out completely
Other details may be requested depending on the rebate. These will be listed on the rebate form, so please read the form thoroughly.
I sent in my rebate form with all of the other necessary details, but I haven't received anything. Where's my rebate?
While the processing time of rebates can vary, most rebates take up to 8 weeks. Manufacturer rebates may take longer.
