Kohl's does not offer tax exempt status at time of sale. If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, you may qualify to have the taxes credited after order submission.
In order to submit the order for refund of taxes paid, the following information must be provided for review:

Tax exempt certificate/proof of exemption from the state where the shipment was delivered

Copy of the online email confirmation receipt from your purchase, including:
- Order number
- Sales tax paid
- Purchaser's full name/address
Email the above required documents to tax.exempt@kohls.com. Please include your name and order number.
Be advised that Resale Tax Exemptions will not be honored, as Kohl's does not sell to individuals or dealers for the purpose of resale to others.
