When checking out using your Kohls.com shopping account, all the shipping addresses in your shopping account will appear as shipping options. Your default shipping address will be selected.
To change your address, click the “Show more addresses” button to select the address you would like to use. You also have the option to add a new shipping address. Once you place an order using a shipping address, we will automatically save this information in your account for future purchases.
Edit Shipping Address
You can add or edit your address associated with your Kohls.com shopping account while logged in.
- Click the "Account Settings" tab on the upper left.
- Click on the "Address" tab.
- Select the address you would like to update and press "edit".
- Update the information and click "Save."
Using City Abbreviations
If your city name has an abbreviation, you may need to spell out the city name in order for our system to recognize it.
For example, enter "St. Louis" as "Saint Louis" (S-A-I-N-T), instead of the abbreviation (St.).
