The Visa gift card you received as your rebate can be used at any retailer that accepts Visa debit cards.
When you use your Visa gift card at your local Kohl’s store, it can be combined with another credit card if your purchase amount is higher than the value on the card.
If you are using the Visa gift card on Kohls.com, it can only be accepted if it covers the entire order total. Please note that it needs to be entered as a Visa credit card and not a gift card.
