Our shipment arrived on time and packaged very well, bubble wrap/plastic coverings etc. Once opened two of the items (Trash can and soap dispenser) were both dented. Very upsetting. The Soap dispenser was inside the trash can when we opened the box, so i do not think the damage happened in shipping. I kept both items, just turned the dents to the back. But for the cost, I wish I would have returned them. The TP tolder has a nice design, and is very smart looking, but the TP roll falls off all the time. The holder spins for TP storage, and once back in the horziontal position it is angeled down slightly causing the roll to slide off. Every thing else was and is great, and matches my newly remodeled bathroom!!

I purchased this product on line so wasn't sure how I would like it. When it arrived I was delighted with the quality and the fact that it was not breakable. We had remodeled our master bath and needed an unbreakable soap dish to set in the new walk in shower. I wanted one that did not look cheap and this one fits perfectly as it matches our new fixtures perfectly! I also purchased it during a great sale so the price was right!

I bought the toothbrush holder and the soap dispenser. The tooth brush holder is great. The soap dispenser looks great and holds a lot of soap, however, if you touch the part where the soap comes out, it can come off and soap drips all over it. You have to be very careful to not lean your finger on the dispenser part.

I bought the soap pump to match my oil rubbed bronze kitchen. It looks fabulous, but unfortunately, that is the only thing good about it. I used it for about a month, and the spout popped out nearly every time I used it. It is not broken; this is how it was made. I ended up throwing it away. Do NOT waste your money.
