Rated 1 out of 5Â by dealingdee Not what you'd think Despite the good reviews, I was disappointed when they arrived. The slipper is really a wool sock with a leathery (somewhat slippery) bottom. The neck of it is stitched tightly and you have to work your foot into it (if you don't tear it!) I was also surprised no one mentioned that the inside is not lined with anything plush or soft- just the itchy wool sock you see pictured on the outside! After fighting to get it on, you get to be itchy? For this price, even a thin fabric between the wool and your foot would have been expected. 11/24/2014

Rated 5 out of 5Â by HappyWifetoo Husband loves these slippers!!! Bought these slippers because of the reviews. My husband's 1st reaction was what in the world are these!? My husband is very picky on comfort and likes the traditional slipper look. I told him the reviews said they were comfortable and warm so just try them. He didn't want to hurt my feelings so he put them on. He did and man was he impressed! He wears them all the time and tells me how good they feel (he has a bad ankle so comfort means a lot). Now the rest of the family wants a pair too! Yes! Get these slippers for comfort. 02/05/2013

There is no obvious construction to the slipper, so really it behaves more like a sock with a durable sole on the bottom. I took the advice of previous commenters that the slipper runs small, and I ordered a 2XL (shoe size 13-14) when in reality I wear an 11.5 or 12. I'm sure that the normal XL would have suited me fine, in the end, but the larger size is not a problem. They are comfortable around the house and very warm. 04/03/2012

Rated 5 out of 5Â by DonnaPonna Warm and comfy!! I bought 7 pairs of Muk Luk's for Christmas presents for family and myself. They are soft and warm yet also have a soft suede sole for traction. Tough enough to go out onto the deck or front porch, yet soft enough to snuggle on the couch without taking them off. All my family members have loved them too. You won't be sorry you bought them. Keep in mind they are sold in men's sizes if you are a woman wanting to order for yourself as I did for myself and my daughters. 01/13/2012
