I was in need of a new set of luggage and determined it should not look like every other piece of luggage. I was attracted to the zebra print which would be easy to spot on a luggage carousel. After purchasing I read some of the reviews saw that one had difficulty with a broken handle on her first trip. I hoped it was just a fluke. I was pleased when other travelers complimented me on my smart looking luggage. Lo and behold, I made it to my destination and almost home again finding it easy to spot amongst the other luggage but when I tried to extend the handle on the airport near home, it was jammed. A kind gentleman tried to help me but it woudn't budge. I rolled it to my car without the aid of a handle. After emptying the luggage at home I saw that the metal casing that the handle retracts into is a slim piece of tubing with some slots for the handle to catch for different heights. It was bent at one of those slots where the flimsy metal tube is further weakened. Straightening the bent tubing did not help. It is stuck forever. I plan to contact the manufacturer. I will let you know if they make some adjustment.

When I opened the luggage there was a disgusting smell of petroleum by-products that was very strong. I immediately returned the luggage to the store.
Rated 1 out of 5Â by tboney Airports are hard on luggage, but after 1 trip from AZ to NY, 2 pieces were completely destroyed! Had to buy another set just to fly back!

The pull handle of the large suitcase broke the very first time I used the suitcase; I was extremely disappointed.
