Rated 5 out of 5 by 874 work pants I manage a multi million dollar independent retirement community in Illinois so I have to dress up a bit. These pants work well so far because sometimes we have to get down and dirty. More expensive pants get trashed sometimes. I have purchased shirts before which lasted 10 years without even a button falling off and I was in the maintenance field at that time. Shirts were washed daily 6 times a week. Material held up extremely well. So, if these pants hold up that well it will be a great purchase. Only one drawback with these pants. The side pockets are TOO SHALLOW. Need to be deeper. Otherwise, they are a great purchase for anyone. Andrew Arnold 09/22/2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Work pants waist sits too high The pants are made very nicely but has a higher waist than my husband is use to wearing. They were a little snug because of this. We returned them and got another style to Dickie pants. 10/04/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by My work pants, only 5 days old, are good so far. I can't say too much only having worn my new pair of work pants 5 days. They fit well and I can get into many positions without feeling constrained. The feature I most admire is their durability. Very few products these days are made to last this long. I've used Dickies' in my auto repair shop since 1984, 29 years, to retirement 2 years ago. They're as sure as Caterpillar Construction Equipment for soundness. 09/25/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by 874 Work Pant by Dickies. The quality of materials and workmanship appear to be very good. A good selection of colour-choices is offered, even in the larger sizes. That tends to be a rarity on the market, where many brands offer almost NO colour-choices in the larger sizes. Many of your reviewers note that they can easily " pass off " their Dickies pants as " tailored mens' trousers " . I agree ! A few reviewers have noted that the sizes do seem to be-" one size small ",and that buyers should add one size to the waist measurement. I agree with that opinion. I wish Dickies would market an item that LOOKS LIKE a sports-jacket [ suit-coat ] but is really a Dickies product, with all their usual features and strengths. I believe that Dickies would make an - " absolute fortune " with such an item. Why ? Because tailors' suit-coats have now become almost impossibly expensive. Thanks to the Web,I found out about Dickies. Thank-you. 09/18/2015
