Rated 4 out of 5 by This product does what it claims to do. We are so pleased with this product that we are getting ready to purchase our third one. Just as a back-up. We have had our second one for two and a half years and we use it more than once a day. It is a great little machine. It will grind the beans to whatever texture you desire depending on how long you hold down the pressure bar. So if you have had problems with it not grinding fine enough, just hold down the bar either less or more. I do agree the price could be a little lower. 11/10/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by On-Off switch sticks in the 'ON' position I've used this grinder about two years now and it was given to me as a gift. After about 6 months of very light use, the ON-OFF button on the top of the unit started sticking in the ON position when using. I had to unplug the unit to make it stop. Also, when using you must carefully align the plastic top onto the base or the ON-OFF button won't even connect. This grinder is definitely not up to the standards one would expect from Cuisinart. 06/21/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by this grinder is serving Soldiers in Iraq I bought this grinder to send to my friend who's currently deployed in Iraq (hey, they deserve fresh ground coffee, right?) it's holding up to the conditions, the weather, and the other assorted issues that might arise. there have been no issues, and it's functioning perfectly. I'm extremely happy with the performance of this grinder and if it can withstand being deployed, I'm sure it'll work quite nicely at home in someone's kitchen! 03/22/2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke after only 4 mo! What a disappointment! This is the 2nd CuisineArt product that fails me. After only 4 months of daily use, the blade in this grinder became lose and stopped grinding. Luckly, I had the Magic Bullet with a grinding blade. It did a better job, and I didn't have to go without coffee that morning. 09/10/2011
