Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for one or two servings The item I received is different from the one pictured. It is designed exactly like the larger version only on a smaller scale. I prefer the one I received over the one pictured. The complaints about it being too small are unfounded since it is clearly described as "mini." It is perfect for one or two people. I procrastinated purchasing a salad spinner because the regular sized spinner was too large for one person. This one appears well made, easy to use and requires minimal storage space. Although, it is rather pricey for a salad spinner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job!! It really works to dry the greens! Plus, the interior bowl is great for washing the greens under the faucet, while the exterior bowl is plenty large enough to catch the water flung from the lettuce! Easy to use, quick job, nice brake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slightly too small Read some reviews where mentioned this was too small, and it is if you are cooking for two, or are enjoying a big salad yourself. The plus side is you can spin the greens in two batches and you have a salad spinner easy to store in a smaller space. Bought to replace one I have had for years which allowed the water to flow directly out and into the sink. I'm sure I'll get used to the water accumulating in the outer container. Giving it four stars because I haven't been able to find anything on the marketplace that is better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Three Cup Capacity Perfect for Small Tasks OXO's little salad spinner is perfect for small tasks, such as spinning moisture out of an individual portion of freshly washed salad greens, sliced mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. The mechanism is set so that two or three pushes spins the inner basket at a medium speed and prevents it from spinning out of control. And that speed is sufficient. There's plenty of room for the excess water to drain down the external glass dish and accumulate at the bottom without making the veggies wet after spinning.
