Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes great espresso! I researched this product over several months before finding it on Kohl's for a very reasonable price with shipping and combined with other offers and products that I needed/wanted. It was a great deal! The AeroPress is a very simple, manual espresso press. The instructions are straight forward and makes for a quick shot or two of espresso (after you heat the water). We use an electric kettle to get the water temp just right. In less than a minute, and with careful pressure, you've got great espresso shots! It's portable and convenient. All the pieces of the product wipe down easily and stack together to minimize space. No need for an expensive machine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use once you get the hang of it Pros - Compared to a french press, the Aerobie Press is much faster, only takes 30 seconds after you pour in the hot water. It also makes expresso or Americano coffee. The coffee is very smooth with little bitterness or acid due to the use of a filter. AND as I understand it, the filtered coffee, unlike French press coffee, doesn't have the compounds that can raise cholesterol. It is also VERY easy to clean. Cons - Since it recommends using water between 175-185 degrees, you can spend more time fiddling with temps than you like at first. and the coffee tends to be less piping hot than you might like. Soon, you find a method that allows you to "guess" the temp without a lot of trouble. My method has been to pour the just boiled water into a cold cup, prepare the Aerobie, then pour the water that has been cooled by the cup into the Aerobie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unusual Coffee Maker This is essentially a French Press coffee maker with a little twist. It's made of plastic so it is less likely to break. It uses filters which is an advantage if you like filtered coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Splendid coffee This press, although inexpensive, produces an extremely decadent cup of coffee. The process is quick and has minimal waste (which Keurig can not boast) and takes no counter space. You will not find a smoother cup of coffee.
