Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this! Bought this because it was on sale for a great price with an amazing rebate offer. Thought it was worth a shot at that price, but it wasn't. First time I used it, the coffee leaked all over my counter. I thought I had done something wrong, so I tried it again. The second time it worked fine so I was convinced it was just my error. The 3rd time it leaked again. The water that leaked was cold so I don't even know where it came out of the coffee maker because the grounds were wet. Very strange and disappointing. It is a very cheaply made product. For a few dollars more invest in one with better reviews.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy it. I bought one before Christmas and returned it for another one because I thought the first one was defective and got another one in exchange. I tried to make coffee in it yesterday and the water just sits in the reservoir, just like the first one. I made sure everything was in place and started the procedure all over again, and still nothing. It is not working again. The reason I bought it in the first place was because it was the perfect size for our needs; 3 cups for my husband and 2 for me. I am taking it back today and hopefully will get my money back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Draining problem Tried to use this once, there was water all over the counter! After examining and experimenting, I found that the water gets trapped in the filter area and then overflows because it won't drain into the pot properly. If you were to remove the filter and coffee/tea and reingage the drain trigger with the coffee pot, then it would release the water properly. That kind of defeats the purpose of the coffee maker unless you only want hot water. I will be returning this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopper needs to be removed The spring loaded valve/stopper that is supposed to open when the pot is placed on the burner does not work very well at all. Tried several times with the stopper in place and tried jiggling and moving the pot around to no avail. The water drips into the bin where the filter and coffee grounds are placed. Since the valve doesn't open very well the filter overflows making a mess. Just remove this problematic "feature" and it works ok.
