Loved the look of the coat when I put it on. Runs true to size. Wasn't thrilled with the zippers on the pockets. Really small and not easy to use. Came with a rip on the arm seam, but since I needed a coat and they didn't sell it in stores, I fixed it myself. However, a week later noticed a huge rip in the armpit area. Not sure if it was there and I just didn't notice or if it started. Returned it and got a similar styled coat from a different dept store with a much thicker, nicer fabric. The exterior seems to be made with what some coats use for liner and the liner is even worse.

I am either an XL or 1X size. This is the first quilted coat that fits me perfect(1X) with room for layers underneath. The coat kept me warm during a very cold week. I was hoping to get a black coat but because it was sold out, I got the gray. It's neutral enough that it goes well with what I wear. The only feature that I'm not used to is the sweater type cuff at the sleeves. Keeps out the wind but I think I would prefer not having them. This is a minor complaint. Length hits mid-calf and has 2way zip for driving convenience. Can't beat the price!

I bought this coat hoping for warmth. It does deliver, on the -9 day, I was warm. I will say (and I did see this in other reviews) the zipper does get stuck on the thin material covering the zipper. I am going to sew mine back and just keep the zipper exposed. I am overall happy with the purchase.

I didn't give excellent ratings, as I haven't tried out the coat in cold weather yet; bought it for a trip to Alaska this fall.
The fit is snug, as I read in other reviews, but a size larger would have been too large. My upper arms are large, but fit nicely in the sleeves.
The color Is satisfactory and practical, for me; I like brown and am tired of black. White for me would've been tempting fate...
