Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Machine Very nice and sturdy machine. Tough enough to handle any job. It is quite heavy and it’s best to find a permanent spot for it on the countertop instead of moving it around. It would have been nice if a flex edge beater were also included as an attachment. It does come with 3 attachments but an avid baker would have to buy one separately due to its functionality. 01/03/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by My favorite kitchen appliance I received my stand-up mixer on a Friday, and made my first batch of cookies the next day! Even took pictures of my new mixer and put them on Facebook. Also took pictures of the cookies and put them on Facebook too! Love, love, love my Kitchen-Aid stand-up mixer! 05/28/2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by 15 years life time I bought Kitchen Aid mixer about 15 years ago. I am not sure about the model, it looked the same as the one on the picture. I wanted machine that would last forever. This mixer was much more expensive and heavy than the others and gave me overall feeling of a very high quality. During years of rare usage (we are family of 3 people only), some plastic parts broke, other parts wore out, and unfortunately the power was gradually decreasing until after 15 years it did not start at all. What a dissapointment. For the money spent the life time was really unexpectably short. I will not buy expensive machine anymore. 05/28/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love My Mixer My mixer was a Mother's Day gift from my daughter. Totally unexpected, but what a wonderful surprise. I have used it several times and it makes baking so much easier. It took me a few times to get used to it, like don't turn the mixer up too high when adding dry ingredients-it flew all over the kitchen! Also the beaters don't get all the way to the bottom of the mixing bowl, so I have to remember to stir the batter before putting it in the cake pans. It is fun experimenting with new recipes and so much easier with the KitchenAid! 06/26/2016
