This was a gift from my mother to my little ones. She was so excited to give it to them as she demoed it at the store and knew they would love it. Upon opening the game, we found it was missing a key piece, necessary to play the game. I called the customer service number on the packaging and was DELIGHTED by my experience. Someone answered my call after two rings, knew the product well, was polite, intelligible and immediately helpful. The piece in question has been shipped and we will be playing with this game in a few short days! Thanks, Melissa and Doug. Keep up the good work!

Got this as a friend highly recommended it. I like it because it's so different from other games and also is a tactile game rather than a 'head' game. It's easy to play, doesn't take that long and is fun. So far I've only played it with two people but I imagine it would be even more fun with a group.

We enjoyed this game very much. However, the game was missing one piece - one of the small black tip pieces. There were only 3, not 4. Are replacement pieces offered? If so, please send information for ordering replacements.
Our only other complaint would be the package. The plastic tube is very thin for holding metal rods, and the lid is not very secure, although the package arrived in tact and secure (piece probably was not lost in transit, just not included in the first place.) This will make it hard to take on vacation or to friends homes. Already looking for a cardboard mailing tube that is the right size.
The game is fun, different, and it got pretty exciting! My niece played with us right after Christmas, and she has already purchased her own game. Thank you.

My two girls (5 & 7) absolutely love this game. Because they are young the game is often short & sweet. This is great because there can be multiple winners in a short time span. It is equally as challenging (and fun) for adults, which makes winning feel authentic to the child. In the mornings our girls generally watch PBS before school, but lately I've found them practicing Suspend instead. If that isn't a sign the game rocks I am not sure what is! The only thing that isn't so great about Suspend is storage. It is challenging for the girls to get all the pieces back into the small plastic container. This is more of an age issue than a product issue, but I thought I'd share! We simply got ourselves a diferent container to store the game within. Problem solved!
