Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Crockpot My husband and I got this as a wedding gift almost three years ago. He uses it at least 2-3 times every week for meal prep and it's so convenient and easy to use. It cooks evenly and he loves being able to set the timer and not worry about things getting over cooked. We have had no issues with any malfunctions, rust, or any other issues described by other reviews. The only issue we've had is that I recently dropped the lid and it shattered! Luckily they offer a replacement for a very fair and reasonable price. 06/08/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cooks fast and the chicken doesn't shrink! I bought this crock pot to replace one I have had for about 7 years. It had begun to be hit or miss. The chicken would shrink and it would rarely if ever boil the liquid. This new crock pot does not shrink chicken and I no longer worry that it is hot enough to be safe for my family. I love the size of this crock pot and that the settings are adjustable so that I can specify exactly how long I want the food to cook. I can cook a whole roast and all the veggies my family wants at the same time without worrying that I am overfilling this crockpot. Definitely a great crock pot if you are cooking for 4-6+ people. It also keeps a tight lid seal. 11/29/2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by We got this one about a year ago. It is easy to use and spacious however it just stopped working. Very disappointed. 05/28/2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Changes in how slow cookers work My complaint about slow cookers in recent years is that the food is done way too fast. After using my new Crock-Pot for the first time, I contacted the company about this. The person I spoke with was very helpful, and explained that because of burning and scorching, slow cookers are now made differently, and yes, they cook the food faster. The temps she gave me for low and high were not very different. I have used mine twice now, and I'm experimenting with slow and warm to get the effect that I would like. This one switches to warm after the timed low or high settings are complete. Other than that, it is a very nice, large unit. 11/16/2015
