Mango Salsa Recipe

SERVES: 2 cups


  • 1/2 small jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • 1/4 small red onion, quartered
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into pieces
  • 2 firm ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and cubed
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Tortilla chips, optional


  1. In chopper bowl finely chop jalapeno pepper. Add onion to jalapeno; pulse to chop. Remove onion mixture to serving bowl. Place bell pepper and cucumber in chopper bowl; pulse to coarsely chop. Remove to bowl with onion mixture. Place mango in chopper bowl in 2 to 3 batches; pulse to coarsely chop. Add to serving bowl. Stir lime juice and salt into mango mixture. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
