These used to be great towels...I have bought these towels for years and have always praised the great quality. I just ordered 8 sets of them. They appeared thin coming out of the pkg, so I thought a quick wash and dry would get them to fluff up... I was wrong. These are now cheap, thin towels. Very disappointed with this purchase and now I have to keep them since they are washed. Kohls - if you are going to change something about the quality...then rename them or change the image....do something so the customer knows they are not getting the same thing. I will NEVER buy these again unless the old quality is returned.

What has changed?I have been buying these towels for years. I have always loved these inexpensive towels. My family is hard on them and it makes no sense to buy really good ones. When it came time to replace the last batch, usually about 4-5 years, I was delighted to find them in a perfect purple color. Bought the usual 10 towels and laundered them. Then laundered them again. And again. I have never seen so much lint! I can't recall this having ever happened in the past. Yes, all new towels will have excess lint, but this is excessively excessive. Shaking after drying sent more lint flying all over. I'm not recommending these towels anymore.

Very Thin and Poor QualityI bought this brand about 5 years ago and the towels were wonderful. Nice and soft and very thick...not anymore. We moved into a new house and we needed new towels so we spent about $100 on towels and washcloths. I washed the towels since they were new and kind of stiff. That didn't help. I also couldn't help but notice that it looked like they had bleach stains in them. I have never used bleach in my washer and don't use bleach for anything else really. We bought the green ones and after a few washes they are like two tone. I now have to buy all new towels again and garbage these ones. I am very disappointed.

Terrible LintThis is the first time I am reviewing a Kohls product but I've ordered other towels in the past I was happy with. This time I ordered this brand and while they fluffed up after the first wash they continue to have lint after multiple washings. It comes off in the laundry and on me when I dry off. I thought it was safe a few weeks later to wash a different towel with these and while no color ran (I purchased the turquoise, gorgeous in color) there was so much lint on the other towel I am ready to just throw them all away. Very disappointed.
