Rated 5 out of 5 by from WHAT I LIKE MOST IS THE SOFTNESS Just received these towels and they were much nicer than I anticipated they would be. They are very very thick and soft and also very absorbent. Makes you just want to touch them. They look very expensive but are also very practical. These are also quite large. Almost as large as a beach towel. Overall a very good buy. The next time I am in the store I plan to buy a complete set of these for my guest bath. I was needing a new set and I don't believe I can beat these on quality or price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good towel with a few minor drawbacks I am very happy with the generous size of these bath towels and with their softness. I was waiting to write this until I'd washed the towel 3 times. The label says to wash before using. This is an absolute must!!! The amount of lint on the dryer vent trap was incredible, but just as the label promised, the towel did fluff up and get much softer after the first wash. The side by side photo shows one towel never washed next to the one washed 3 times. There was still a fair amount of lint cast off during the second and third trip in the dryer, but less each time. No fading at all. After 3 washes, there were some small pulls already, so not sure if this will continue. The towel absorbs very well on the body, not quite as good on the hair, and is slow to dry. Overall, it is a very good value and delightfully soft.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Towels I bought these and the Apt 9 bath towels. These are my 1st new towels since I got married 30yrs ago! I got them home and immediately washed as directed. The next morning my husband took a shower and said they don’t absorb water at all! I said WHAT! He then repeated himself...lol. Mind you I haven’t used fabric softener in my towels for years. So I googled why brand new towels don’t absorb water and the consensus was bc new towels have fabric softener and several other things to make them soft by the manufacture. So the solution was white vinegar. So I rewashed them and added the vinegar to the liquid despenser and the fabric softener compartment of my front load washer and set water temp to hot and added a laudrey pod. I then washed a second time after that and only added vinegar to the softener compartment this time. I did wash the darker colored one separately just in case the hot water made the color bleed. That did the trick! Nice absorb towels!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Absorbent and Shed Everywhere I bought these towels as a Christmas gift as I thought they came in great colors and are very soft. I quickly realized that they shed all over you while drying off for about the first 10 washes. You literally get covered with lint while toweling off. After surviving the enormous amount of lint coming off the towels, I then realized that these towels have absolutely no absorbency. It's like drying off with a plastic sheet. The water just moves from one area to the next. I would love to return these towels as they are completely worthless and useless.
